Information we collect
We collect the business contact details, product requirements and artwork you submit through our enquiry forms, quotation requests and AI consultant.
How we use it
Your information is used to prepare quotations, coordinate sampling and production, and communicate about your orders. We do not sell your data.
Artwork and confidentiality
Designs and artwork shared with us are treated as confidential and are used only for producing your order. NDAs are available on request.
Sharing with manufacturing partners
Production details are shared with the specific audited factory allocated to your order, limited to what is required to manufacture it.
Retention and your rights
We retain enquiry and order records for commercial and statutory purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to sales@embrocore.com.
