Terms of Service
The commercial framework under which EmbroCore quotes, produces and delivers orders.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the specification, quantity and delivery window supplied at enquiry stage. Changes to specification may revise pricing.
Sampling and approval
Bulk production begins only after written approval of the sealed sample or strike-off. Sample charges are adjusted against confirmed bulk orders.
Orders and payment
Standard terms are 30–50% advance with the balance against shipping documents, unless separately agreed. LC terms are available for established export accounts.
Quality standards
Unless otherwise agreed, goods are inspected to AQL 2.5. Claims must be raised within 15 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
Delivery and liability
Lead times are calculated from approval of sample and receipt of advance. Our liability is limited to the invoiced value of the affected goods.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your artwork and designs. We retain ownership of digitized production files unless purchase of the file is agreed in writing.
